- Provide accurate information. STA will reimburse as per the Zelle details provided. These transactions are not reversible.

- We will process once STA academic committee approves the request

- Refund requests may take up to 7-14 days to process

STA will not be held liable for any incorrect payments resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
